TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general conditions govern the contracting of tourist services between GlobalCity Travel SL (hereinafter, 'the Provider') and travel agencies (hereinafter, 'the Agency') acting as intermediaries or retailers, contracting on behalf of their end clients.

Only entities legally constituted as 'travel agencies', registered in the corresponding registry and with legal capacity to act as intermediaries may contract services with the Provider. The Agency declares that it holds all licences, insurance and requirements required by current regulations.

The Provider offers services for the organisation, booking and management of trips, stays, transfers and other tourist services. These services are subject to customisation and will be offered in accordance with the particular conditions indicated in each quote, proposal or booking confirmation.

A booking will only be considered firm once the Provider has received express acceptance from the Agency and the corresponding payment has been made, in accordance with the specific conditions of each case.

The prices indicated are net and directed exclusively at agencies, unless otherwise stated. The Agency is responsible for payment of contracted services, regardless of compliance by its end client. Payment methods and deadlines will be specified in each contract or commercial agreement.

Cancellation or modification conditions will vary depending on the final service provider (hotels, airlines, etc.). These conditions will be communicated at the time of booking. The Agency accepts that there may be non-refundable charges and undertakes to inform its clients accordingly.

The Provider acts as an intermediary between the Agency and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.) and will not be liable for incidents arising from the service provided directly by third parties. The Agency is responsible to its own clients for the correct booking and execution of the trip.

The Agency undertakes to provide its clients with all documentation relating to the trip: booking conditions, insurance, passports, visas, health requirements, etc. The Provider is not responsible for failure to comply with these requirements by travellers.

All information, proposals, itineraries, texts and materials prepared by the Provider are its exclusive property and may not be reproduced, transferred or used without express authorisation, except for the purpose of selling the product.

Both parties undertake to comply with current data protection regulations. The Provider will process data solely for the provision of the contracted service, in accordance with its Privacy policy.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, both parties submit to the courts of the city of Elche, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
